mouse wheel

this is an update to my last ticket. It seems the mouse wheel will not scroll the menus . to recreate the issue sit in scanner chair, pick a gas giant and go to refuel. once there , get up from chair, go over to npc in enginer seat and have them open valves. then close when done. go back to scanner seat and you should find the wheel no longer works. Hope this help.
