When issuing an all stop order when navigating to a destination, after the ship comes to a stop, the ship automatically resumes navigation after a manual stop until the ship reaches its designated location.

    You issues an all stop which would have put the order on the helm, Once that order had completed it would have moved onto the next order on the helm taks board as is still a current order. You would need to to order a full stop and cancel the current helm order to resume have the ship stay stopped. I will ask Dan/Claire about changing this behavior so that ful stop will stay on untill a Resume course is selected to cancel the Full stop.
